Day 20: Clearing the clutter

Apr 20, 2009 17:56

It's spring time now and that can only mean one thing: spring cleaning.  I don't know why spring became the the time to clear everything out and get rid of the excess in our lives, but that's apparently just how it is.  Maybe it has to do with all the storing up of stuff and accumulation of new things during winter. We have to make room for the new ( Read more... )

I agree with the why today's awesome. Though I'm not really a fan of the genre, the song was cool. Good music is good music. :)

I already talked about this issue (as you know) so I don't really have much to add. There are times I feel like deleting profiles and things but there is always some sort of benefit to keeping the profile in the end. Maybe it's just because I've put so much time into it that I feel deleting it would be like throwing away a project perhaps. Well, not quite that, but there's something hard about deleting profiles for me.

I was talking about Rain. She might be returning at some point for all I know, but for now she's removed her presence from every site.

I, too, am a pack-rat, Sean. (There are way too many commas in the previous sentence in comparison to its relatively short length. It looks WEIRD.) And I think you've provided a fairly good explanation on why we designate Spring as the time to clean; I've never really thought about it much...

Also, I agree with your feelings that actually deleting accounts on all of those social networking sites is a bit excessive--I think you've gone about it the right way.

Topics to blog on...hmm...how about an examination of what makes you YOU. Like just funny quirks and stuff...?

haha, I was wondering about that. Thanks for letting me know. I did the same thing on Alan's blog sorta. I left a comment not realizing I wasn't signed in then had to go back and leave a reply once I WAS signed in.

At least all those commas are in the right place ;-)

Thanks for the topic suggestion. That one might actually make me think a bit.
