I only got 2 questions last time I asked, but I guess considering how many people read my posts compared to Maureen Johnson, John Green or alanlastufka I should be happy I got any questions at all. :-p I'm gonna ask y'all again to leave some questions in the comments again so that I can answer them in the blogs to come.

I guess what influences me to pick up a book is similar to what you said. Some of the books I've read recently were recommended by Nerdfighters. Others were recommended by my family. Still others are by authors that I just enjoy their books.

I've been trying to read some classics lately that I haven't read yet. I finally read Catcher in the Rye and I have a couple others at home that I'd like to start reading. I also got 13 Little Blue Envelopes and that one's sort of distracted me from the other books I was planning to read.

Question: Do you think you are much different from your "internet-self" than you are IRL? I have some friends that I knew IRL first, and I know one in particular that I prefer much more IRL than I do through his blogs or his on-line things. It's made me wonder how much different our online voice is to our IRL voice.

I'm definitely with you on the recommendations business. Lately the majority of books I've read have come from recommendations, from youtube videos.

Sigh, I really really want to read 13 Little Blue Envelopes (and Devlish... and everything else Maureen has ever written), but alas, I have only ever been able to find Suite Scarlett and Girl at Sea, *pouts*
