Everyone of us deals with things differently.
I used to question why people say we must move on, because I didn't want to move on.
I wondered why I should just because everyone says I should.
But there is really no right or wrong. And how you move on is not dictated by how others move on.
Whether you heal with a scar, or your scar never heals, it is how you accept it and come to terms with it.
You are strong. And you know yourself. You know best how to carry on.

People ask if you are alright because they know not what else they can ask. Either way, others are always at a loss at what to say. And that is perhaps the only way they can express their concern.

Healing is an individual process. No one can tell you how, because perhaps no one can truly understand.
But take care. You know your friends are always there if and when you need them.
