I know, i know, this may be unrelated towards the Reds but i just thought this would be a good discussion/rant type thing. So yeah.. reply with your reactions and such to this weekend, through our game to United's as well as Chelsea's, as they are our main enemies this season.

Discussion points:
  • West Ham vs Manc Scum United

So yeah, i think the main reason why i did this was to see your reactions to the sacking ;)

good one. I usually just suck with discussion posts...

well the sacking: I'm shocked and I think Abramovich made a freaking huge mistake... I still think that Scolari is one of the best managers there is at the moment and sacking him? just plain stupid.

why fire grant him in the first place then?

because abromovic is a cunt and wanted to win something. He didn't win anything, so he sacked the man who got him through to the CL final.
Idiot.

Word.

Besides, it's February. It's so frigging pointless I don't even know where to begin.

I love that tag! XD It reminds me of last year's Champions League chats when Liverpool weren't playing. (Uli, you'll set up those again this year?)

I was shocked that he was sacked. I thought they'd at least wait until the summer. Who is going to replace him?

I have no opinion on that first one really. I watched the match and was bored silly! I thought they'd been playing for hours when it had only been 25 minutes...

As for the Liverpool match, I didn't watch it, but I saw the highlights and found it highly entertaining in terms of team news as well as the football.

I think Abramovic has no patience! I mean, yes, Chelsea had a good start to the season and they've slumped a bit now, but that happens to every team! I think he's going to have to learn that it's impossible to get a manager in in the summer and immediately for the team to gel and the results to come pouring in. With a guy like Scolari, who will give you results, he just needs longer than half a season! I think that's written Chelsea's season off now.

I definitely didn't expect them to sack him now, to be honest :| Someone's feeling the pressure of having been beaten by our boys twice in just a few months, I suppose.

My reaction? Pretty much 'OMG what were they fricking thinking?'
I can't see Chelsea's season improving much now (if at all) but all the better for us right?
