Unconstitutional to Require Citizens to Purchase Insurance

I'm happy to report that in Virginia, today, US District Court Judge Henry Hudson offered a 42 page opinion saying that individuals cannot legally be compelled by the feds to buy insurance or pay a fine. There is no doubt in my mind that President Obama is not cagey enough to do that. God knows I would do it if I were in his shoes. When the lives of hundreds of millions of people may hang on your actions - you can't be afraid to pull a fast one.

I also would like to believe this was done with full knowing on Obama's part though we'll probably not know.
