Mmmm hmmmm. Those of us who have been bullied or have lived closely with those who have been, we know. I think they're going to find a lot more outcomes besides increased cortisol, decreased myelination of the corpus callosum, and decreased cell survival and maturation in the hippocampus. I think it affects the cortex as well as the limbic system.
