The Green Party is pretty disorganized, though I have some hope it will get its act together eventually. If I want to run for office this year, there are something like five local Green Party members to help me, and NO money in the party coffers. Our county-wide meetings typically attract only seven or eight attendees.

Seems like the Greens have been hurting ever since Nader's run cost the Dems an election.... Not that it's the Green's fault. There is also a sort of shrillness that comes out of using fear of environmental decline/catastrophe to motivate. I think the Greens will do better when their emphasis shifts to the positive: Quality of Life Party, or something like that.
