Holistic, or Wholistic, refers to the entire person, usually considered to be mind, body and spirit combined. Somehow the Whole is thought to be more than the sum of its parts. Yes. And the "somehow" is the "interactive." Interaction may even account in part for "spirit." and certainly for part of the "unknown."
