Hierarchy is a no can do; I had two co-writers on that and writing more would be complicated. However, I have no problem with writing some Bale/Bean/Fichtner if you end up as the top bidder--because there have been prior bids, the "buy it now" option is no longer available.

Well, I love your stuff and its a great cause so $100 for a RPS with Bill Fichtner with any or all the usual crew. I do like him as the bottom though, which is not your usual take. Would that be a problem?

Not a problem at all; it'll be a challenge to write Bill as a bottom, but I think I'm up for it.
