Would you be willing to tackle a variety of original characters, not all from the same setting, given descriptions (no reference photos for most, though)? Some are fantasy, some are urban fantasy (mostly White Wolf characters if you know that world, but it wouldn't be a case of 'draw it like they do' but 'hi, faeries and werewolves and such'). That might or might not fill a book but I think having the rest filled in however you wanted (or with things you thought matched that) would be great. Is that something you would be willing to do if I bid (and were lucky enough to win)?

Sure! I was going to let the winner decide if they wanted to do a variety of their projects/fandoms (i.e. if they wanted various Final Fantasies in the book, it'd be fine) or just one. I know what it's like to have various stories going on at the same time. xD

I was looking through your interests in your profile. Is cirque de soleil an option? both itself, and maybe other fandom characters AS c'd s? Or maybe otter and polar bear acrobats. *going insane* sorry, it's been a long day. But I'm just wondering how crazy you're willing to get.

Cirque de Soleil is definitely an option (when I had the costume design bug it was entirely there fault). You'd have to help with what you had in mind for the fandom characters, but that would be interesting. (laughs) Otter acrobats would be cute, but I'm afraid the polar bears might try and eat them.

(I am intrigued and horrified at the same time, if only because the thought of Akio as a ringmaster frightens me)

Damn...I would've LOVED to win this one (your artwork is AMAZING), but the earlier bids have already exceeded my budget! :-( Oh, well. You really are a fantastic artist, and if you don't mind, I'd like to friend you, so I can keep up with it! (And so I can find out immediately if you ever sell yourself in another charity auction! *g*)
