Being on a break in Milwaukee = infinite hanging time.
Adventures include:

- walking to the Milwaukee Public Market for fresh food, which led to trying new recipes
- haunting Schwartz books, Maharaja, Rochambo, Brady St. thrift shops and bouiques and Anondyne
- ladies night at Ka, a martini lounge

how'd you like sweeney todd? it was the first movie i saw as part of my "i have no one to spend christmas with day of theatre hopping" and it took me like 45 minutes to not think the singing was annoying any more.

I like musicals on a stage. The film versions make me nervous... but it was Tim Burton with a creepy show, a Sondheim show, so I gave it a try.

I did like Sweeney Todd. But I don't need to see the movie again or anything.
