☆005-When I was a child I spoke as a child.

[The handwriting here is less scrawling than Gene's usual. It's more rounded and deliberate, the result of a smaller hand and the loss of muscle memory. The first line is a little messy/hasty before it's half-heartedly crossed out.]

Oh, this is bloody brilliant.

You're still big enough to play with guns?

...Maybe.

[Well, it doesn't feel that odd to be able to handle guns at this size, but he doesn't have the right type. And he probably shouldn't be doing it without supervision but like heck he's going to tell anyone this.]

Who's this?

Bastet. Me and Mugen got little.

If you're too little to play with guns then stop.

Ohh. So you have a kitten now?

It's not playing.

[Pen taps. She doesn't really approve of the gun-thing, but whatever.]

If you do end up going to work, do be careful won't you?

[a pause before she realizes that her writing doesn't look the same at all.]

[But moooom guuuys he was totally shooting a gun at this age. Until he gave it up for a bit because Aim was better, but y'know.]

I think maybe I'm just gonna work on stuff at home.

Your writing's different.

[Lol]

Ok.

I have been affected by this 'fountain of youth' business too; my hands are smaller, and everything is taller than me.

We're in the same spot, then.

I dunno about you, but I'm gonna have to do something about this clothes situation. My sleeves and pants legs keep rolling down and getting in my way.

[Thankfully his handwriting is like the exact same, just with some jagged edges because he smashed his hand earlier. :< Fucking lanky-ass limbs.]

I believe most of the sphere has been affected in some form- though I'm thankful to have retained most of myself... even if my current state will take some getting used to. ...And a hair tie.

Are you alright?

[Growth spurts (backward growth spurts?) are a cruel mistress. :< ]

Your hair got longer? Mine's shorter. If yours grew, does that mean you got older?

I'm not hurt or anything.

...No, I'm definitely younger.

Very well- I'm glad so many can still care for themselves.

Are you doing baby-sitting duty?

I think I can still use my spear, but I've lost a lot of muscle tone. If I head down to the Yard today, I'll just have to run.

Same here.

My leg's are shorter, though. Not sure how fast I'll be able to go. And I keep tripping over just my pants legs.

How young are you?

Roll your pants up. Roll them really tightly so they don't just slide back down. Maybe tie them. Or find shorter pants.

Sixteen, seventeen. My hair's really long.

Did the roll up thing, but they keep rolling down. But I think I'm gonna cut up my newborn clothes since I don't care about them.

That's not so bad. You're almost as tall as you used to be, right?

Dunno. About... somewhere between 9 and 11, I guess.

So what about you?
