Good to hear it. In that case, I should be stopping by soon to see if I can find something that suits.

They have books in the scrapyard?

Not whole ones, at least in my experience. Everything's a little, well, junky there. But it might be worth having a look if you don't mind not always getting the whole story.

I'm actually more interested in books without stories, like non-fiction.

There actually might be more of that, then, depending on what you're looking for. There are a lot of broken down mechanical things, and it wouldn't surprise me if there were mechanical manuals tucked into them.

I'M AVAILABLE. PICK A TIME.

THAT WOULD BE FINE.

[as an afterthought, thirty to forty-five seconds later]

BRING EARMUFFS.

Yes, it is much easier to get around now.

And I'm pretty sure I have the perfect set of earmuffs for you.

As far as reasons to get stopped go, I can think of worse ones. But it's still nice to move freely.

Perfect, huh? Now, that's quite an offer. But I guess I should have foreseen that, considering you work the clothing stall. Will you be there late in the afternoon? I might get them on the way to meet with him.

I can't argue with you there. Although it is funny to see all the people blushing and refusing to meet each other's eyes.

I'll be there the last couple hours before closing, yeah.

(ooc: She'll show him earmuffs shaped like bunnies and bears and whatnot.)

All quite worried over their personal space and chastity? It was kind of cute, really.

I'll make it a point to swing by, then.

((ooc: I had a feeling it was something like that, though pink and fuzzy or Haro-shaped were what first came to mind. X3))

Oh! This is Lucy!

Ah, good to hear from you, Lucy. Glad you enjoyed it.

Like I was telling Bastet, I didn't actually mind it. It was an interesting way to meet people, for one. But it did make getting somewhere without interruption just about impossible.

^^ I hope a lot of people here did too.

It was in quite a few of the places that I walk past in the morning to get to work so you either get stuck underneath them with someone or... you learn to dodge in a hurry!

Ha, I had a little trouble figuring out exactly what their range was, at first, so my early attempts to dodge kind of fell flat.
