[Oddly, the video feed alternates between flickering on and off.]

[Repeatedly, only flashes of color register, and the sound of significant jostling and movement makes up the bulk of the audio. The video flips on for longer than a few moments finally, only to waver as the device is mishandled, fumbled with, and dropped.]

[Carmen had been out and about, looking for a small blanket to soon bring something specific for Obito when she saw the post. After a moment of consideration, she changed her direction and approached the area she recognized.]

[Leaning against the tree, she picked up his PCD and offered it up. It was angled away from her in case it was still recording, though logically it may have switched off by then.]

You appear to have dropped this, Obito.

[Obito blinks in surprise to see Carmen there; wondering why she was there, and reached down for his PCD.]

Uh. Thanks. [Pulling the device close to him as he withdraws his hand, Obito stands- appearing to easily balance on the branch itself, and literally walks his way down the base to stand next to Carmen]

I just came here to get out and think for awhile, [Obito shifts somewhat awkwardly] but what're you here for? Miss the beach?

[She raised an eyebrow as he walked down, impressed.]

You are welcome. That was most impressive. [With a gentle smile she studied him.] It is quiet enough for thought. If you wish, I shall go and allow you to continue. I was merely searching the shops for anything of interest and was near here.

[...What? And then he realizes, and a sheepish grin takes over him] Yeah, uh, thanks, I guess. [It's basic training where he comes from and the action was almost thoughtless, so he didn't even think about it.]

No, no! [Obito waves frantically as she threatened to leave] It's fine- really! I'm good, mostly, and I like seeing you anyway, so. I can...come with you if you want, though, if you're lookin' for stuff.
