What error message are you getting when he bluescreens?

Nurr, I should probably have written that down. Something about corrupted memory maybe? It does this "beginning dump of physical memory" thing.

Towards the top of the Bluescreen text, it'll give you an error, like Memory Management or Page fault in non-page area. If it's the page fault in non-page area, do a registry scan/cleaning (but not a registry defrag). If it still happens, check into your anti-virus system and make sure nothing's corrupt.

That's the only problem I really know how to fix, because it happened to Gravy. Last semester she started bluescreening more and more often, and it was almost always that one error code. It got to the point where it was happening every few minutes. I was using Norton and it couldn't update and somehow ended up corrupted. I uninstalled the fuck out of it, and now she only has the memory issues every once in a while.
