I'm so stressed out.

Despite all rational reasoning and attempts to put things into perspective, I'm frightened. I can't deal with all this. I just want to avoid it all. Cancel everything and stay in bed. I can't concentrate. I now have just enough time to do some preparation, but not enough to do it well.
