For the 30th round at charmed20in20, the themes surrounded our favourite (and least favourite) moments from the show :) And okay, I cheated a little with the least favourites I consider Dan/Piper as a ship and Billie as a character as worst moments :P

Good gods, I disliked Dan/Piper too! Just because of what you said - Leo/Piper were endgame. I also disliked Billie (and cannot watch her happily in BBT because of Charmed, unfortunately) because her character was irritating and irrational and other words that are not so nice. :)
And I agree, wholeheartedly, about Andy.

These are really beautiful and I agree with your comments around Piper/Dan and Andy's death. I would have loved to have had a whole season with Prue/Andy where he knew about her being a witch and all that.

My faves are halliwell, episode, Po3, season, non-halliwell, cat 1, ac 1, ac 3 and ac 5 :)
