You lure me in with all your lovely useful things, cajole me into spending lots of time and moneys there, and then deny me that which I desired the most!  You discontinued the chair pads I wanted, too, even if that did induce us to buy the (more expensive) ones I like better. That's no excuse!

Alex and I feel your pain. Especially Alex, his little side table thingie he uses next to his desk was discontinued so he was lucky to get the one he got, but he would have liked to have gotten a second one.

I was personally thrilled that they still had the shelf I wanted in stock when I finally was able to get it, I can't believe I was so excited over a stupid shelf but I was. But I had definitely steeled myself against disappointment.

Yep, she got it several years ago. They just discontinued it recently, according to the guys in the warehouse. Hence the sadness :(
