On Chemistry and Baking

So, I could talk about Pennsic, and how busy I was at Pennsic. I should at least say that I would have collapsed many times over if not for my kind campmates and amazing minions. Considering some of the boy's past, uh, culinary adventures, I think he has to be tactful :)

And hey, I'm good at the baking, but I could NEVER do that chemistry stuff. So I don't see how the two equate, either. Though, actually, you can do the stuff it in the freezer thing for baking as well, you just need to know when the right time to do that is.

I would say that baking bread is probably more like chemistry than baking, say, cookies is. Many more obvious interactions going on there, and a little more forgiving when it comes to time and measuring ingredients.
