Nostalgia!

Linz mentioned that she was gonna make a fort pillow tonight, and that just brought all sorts of memories rushing back. :3 Like I remember when I was little my dad would make me a bed-fort out of little chairs and sheets. And when it was cold he would wrap me up really tight so only a little bit of my face was showing. :3 And he would tell me that

♥ i remember playing duck hunt with my neighbors at long sleepovers, and eating lucky charms for breakfast on placemats that had facts about the fifty states.
♥ i remember picking crab apples to try and sell with my cousin. we would obsessively try to sell things to make money so we could go to wawa. one of the things we tried to sell was a trashcan full of sonny bono records which we found by the side of the road. another was a trashcan full of assorted mag-lite parts that we put back together. mostly we just kept the mag-lites though because they are really cool.
♥ i remember going to marsh creek and being such a tomboy that i wouldn't wear a shirt swimming until i was ten
♥ i remember getting ice cream from the ice cream man was a really big deal (well it still is to me ....lol) and my neighbor would always get lemon sharks which were white popsicles shaped like shark fins. i would always get screwballs.
♥ i remember my dad used to sing me "you are my sunshine" all the time

Oh man, I remember going to Marsh Creek all the time. :3 I also remember having breakfast at my neighbors a lot. :0 Although, their placemats didn't have any facts on them.

Also, lol at trying to sell a trashcan full of Sonny Bono records. <3

I remeber sitting on my grampa's lap on the back porch when they owned a small house in a large town, and he would sing "deep in the heart of texas."
I remember sneaking into an exclusive golf club with my uncle whenwe lived with him so we could go swimming when it was hot. I then found out that he was a member so he was only pretending to sneak in.
I made a mud cafe and bakery and tried to sell my creations then my neighbors started making birds nests out of marsh reeds and mud and put me out of buisness.
I remeber sitting on my top bunk while my dad and popop would play mario into the wee hours of the morning, and sometimes they played Lands of Lore on floppy disks.
