Thank you. Yes, I know why people were upset after seeing this episode, trust me. I was, too. But it wasn't quite as bad as it seems at first glance, and aside from two uncomfortable scenes it was an extremely enjoyable episode for me.

I know, sweetie. Trust me, I didn't sleep all that well after watching it, too. But there was just so much stuff that worked well for me that I think this shouldn't be forgotten.

Last night, I didn't like the episode much at all (probably because it was followed by NCIS: LA, whose Christmas episode I totally loved except for a few random things), but after another viewing on its own, I came away... not really in love with this episode, but I don't hate it either. I guess I could take it or leave it

I noticed the cup in cup thing too. Mentioned somewhere else. It did seem symbolic to me.

Or maybe I'm just seeing it through TIVA-colored glasses?

But it was so deliberately set in there.
