You need to bring both kids down to ICA to get them updated. Is their passports the old printed kind or the biometric ones?

Biometric passports cannot be updated with new photos...I did remember asking the officers (I think).

Emma's is the old one but Elliot's is the biometric one. So for both I will have to go down physically? Tried to call the hotline the whole afternoon but couldn't get through. Aiyo, was hoping I could do it online. Thanks for the info.

You can do it online if you can size the photo to passport size, if not, you can send the application form by post. For collection, you definitely need to bring your two kids down. You will receive a notification by email about the collection of the passport and please make sure you request for an appointment date and time online so that you dont have to wait for a long time when you are there.
