Lexie's been staying at Meredith's house for a few weeks when it happens. She's walking through the upstairs hallway talking to Molly on her cell phone. They're talking about the baby and maybe Lexie's a little loud but it's the middle of the day so she's surprised when Izzie steps out of Meredith's room and shushes her
