Today turned out better than expected. I cheated a bit and took my meds later than I had been, trying to stave off the side effects and be as productive as possible while I could. I'm finally getting excited about my birthday next week. Ms. E and I got together for lunch, and although our first option was booked solid, we did get a chance to stop
