Yes. It's a kind of female ghost from where I come from. They say that they can't go on to the afterlife because they still wish to care for their child. They even buy sweets or toys for them.

I agree, the one in my room keeps trying to touch my face, I can't help but feel a little sad for her. And I'm not too sure about that. Perhaps an exorcism or an offering might be able to help.
