The next small town (not the big town I often refer to) over from us is six and a wee bit (standard NI unit of measurement) miles away. Usually a round trip into Tescos takes us about 45 minutes (we can do here to town in about 15 and that's well within the speed limit) Getting home just now took us an hour and a half. How's it up your way? We've only just had snow since about four this evening so I'm amazed it went mad so fast (we left here for the shop about five-ish). Still I'm just pleased I've not missed IAC, I could do with Ant and Dec to warm me up tonight ;)

We're very, very cold but ice and snow free. It feels like it's not far away, but we're pretty sheltered, to be honest. I'm hoping it stays away, and that you get clear of it soon.

Yikes! Scares the crap out of me these things.
Snowing yesterday evening and it's all very nice and well when you're at home, you know you don't have anywhere to go and you can watch tv under a blanket. Apart from that... no thanks.
