Best way to pay is with Paypal -- use the Send Payment option to send money to carlaviii at aol dot com. If you specify that it's a payment for goods, Paypal will automatically include the shipping address it has on file for you. I will also be able to print out the postage online and send you an email with the delivery confirmation info.
