I rarely get sick, I'm usially in quite excellent health, so when I am sick or injured it kills me. I HATE it, and yes, I complain alot

Aww, poor Cat!!! Being sick sucks, but being sick in a foreign country sucks even more (if for nothing else than because you have to learn a new set of names for meds to make you feel better). Speaking of which, you might look into trying either ibuprofen for the pain (it's the same in Britain and Ireland, so I'm hoping it'll be called that over there) or else paracetemol (sp?) which is like tylenol. Lemsip meds are good for cold symptoms, and they have a wide range from colds to sinus headache fun to...yeah, everything. Again, another British product, so if it gets really really bad and you aren't up to fighting it on your own, you might look for this stuff. I really hope you get well soon though

Water, rest, water, more rest. Painkillers are your friend, but sleep is better.
