Everything is cool. Restored it to two days ago and was able to log in. It still comes up with an error about incorrect user/pass, but at least I can back up my shit now and reinstall windows all together

I feel U on that Dell Customer Support crap! the Dude i talk 2 last month was mondo ESL guy & didn't understand anything i told him... then he kept transfering me 2 diff dept.. I got that hardware/software crap also!! I mean.. I"m happy w/ my computer, but the CS is not much help when it comes down 2 it @ Dell unfortunately! :|
