I am meant to be working on MY LAST TWO PROJECTS OF THE SEMESTER AWW YES but Internet, this entry is overdue! So overdue! I've been to two amazing concerts and had feelings about Glee and Yuletide, always with the Yuletide.

However, TORIIIIIII. Hey Jupiter with strings made me ugly cry. Which means I loved it. But I loved everything! What can I even say? That string quartet is crazy stupid talented. So much top notch musicianship on that stage, it was unreal. But yeah, why were people getting up all the time? Who are you? Pee before the show! You don't need to drink that much!
My only regret is no Spring Haze. She's been doing it with strings this tour. I am heartbroken it did not happen in Boston. Alas.

TORIIIIIIIII. I can't even believe her + string quartet. That much talent in one place is just mind-blowing. Also, I agree re: Spring Haze! I love that song! I'm super jealous of the amazing sets that Toronto and Chicago got, but I loved this bizarre setlist of like 800 B-sides and rare songs (or at least that's what it felt like).
The up-and-down people made me wish I could have seen Tori when she first started touring and undoubtedly had more intimate venues. >:(

I looooove "Precious Things" and it's AMAZING with strings. I should clarify in my post that some of the songs she played are My Special Tori Songs, but because she always plays them and/or I've heard them live before, they're just My Special Tori Songs on the album. My head is a complicated place.

Mother and Mrs. Jesus made me cry. And I had a longstanding inability to listen to Hey Jupiter thanks to association with an ex-friend but I think this version redeemed it for me?
Really this was one of the best concerts I've ever been to, period, and I want to polygamously marry the entire quartet.
