Thank you! I like to think it might have even been a project Owen took upon himself after seeing what happened with the time-screwy Rift activity at the end of s1. Guilt- and plague-induced motivation and all that. I think Owen would tend to more of a focus on the health care system side of things, whereas Jack usually has to look at the even bigger picture.
