Dawnie thinks Hips is awesome. She doesn't remember how they met or why they're friends, but she thinks Hips is pretty rocking and that they should party hard together. She also thinks it was awesome that Hips came along when they kicked Delia's ass, ages ago as that was.
Dawnie loves her some Key! She considers Key to be one of her best friends -- probably her best female friend -- even though they hardly talk any more. They are totally sisters.
JP is just awesome. She thinks he's great, and she misses how they used to hang out and be crazyass Basement kiddies in the Basement. Dawnie would probably even talk Serious Business with JP, but she thinks he probably doesn't give a shit about her Real Life, so tends to stick with her usual brand of Batshit Crazy when talking to him. (This isn't really a unique way of relating to people that Dawnie has.)
She worries that he doesn't like her that much, or that he wants to hit her for that whole "flirt shamelessly with his boyfriend" thing she had going on.
Oh man. He was really super jealous when they were still pretty new in a relationship and Warren would go off and flirt with Dawnie, but he's so much more secure about them now that he'd probably not even mind if they slept together. As long as he like, told him first and it wasn't like SURPRISE I FUCKED YOUR BOYFRIEND. XD
XD If Warren were anyone else's boyfriend (okay not ANYONE, there are obviously other people whose significant others Dawnie would respectfully not fuck), then Dawnie would probably hit that so hard regardless. But JP is her friend, and she draws the line at screwing around with her friends' boyfriends. Or their girlfriends. That's right, Dawnie Sanders knows there are other meanings of 'restraint' than 'singular form of restraints'.
Dawnie doesn't remember how she befriended Jason. She remembers NOT being friends with Jason and she remembers BEING friends with Jason and she's pretty sure it was just basement hanging outs. She thinks he's fantastic. She loves him to PIECES. He is totally one of her many, many not-brothers and she is absolutely positive that if she ever has any kind of problem, she could go to him and even if he couldn't help her with it, he'd care. That means a lot to Dawnie, just the idea that there are people who give a damn about what's going on. She misses him!!
Spidey makes Dawnie a little nervous, because, hello, superhero meets former homicidal Lolita is going to be a little weird. For the loli operative, anyway. (DASTARDLY LOLI OPERATIVE, all hail Key for that line) But! He is a superhero that she actually likes, because he's just such a nice guy and so awesome. She's always a little surprised by the fact he knows who she is, and certainly doesn't consider them to be close by any stretch of the imagination, but she does consider him to be someone she could probably go to if she needed to. It's just there are a lot of other people in her life that she's closer to, and she's been too busy and reclusive to get to know him better. This makes her sad, because she'd like to be buddies with Spidey. Which is why she invited him to dinner that one time.
