I think since Emmaline wasn't as interested, you should have gotten the cake all over your face and taken *those* photos instead :D

By the way, the cake/s were amazingly cheerful and lovely! I kept wanting to know what they tasted like :)

It took Ian a long time to say Mama. I am glad the day turned out so well!

It is amazing how much they grow and change in the first year! It all goes by so quickly, but definitely that first year seemed to me to be the most difficult, and developmentally rich.

You are doing a wonderful job! Every picture Emmaline is so happy, and beautiful...you are doing great!
