Tonight I'm attempting to make banana bread. It's been baking in the oven for over an hour now, and it's still not well done on the inside, for some stupid reason. This should be interesting...=P

I guess my adding an extra banana and having used the toaster oven instead of the big one might have made the difference.

But man, it was in the oven for almost 2 hours XP And I *still* had some semi-gooey bits left at the bottom of the bread. But it tastes fine, and the gooey parts are not too bad ;)
Oh, and I found out that my baking powder's main ingredient is baking soda, so I was in gooood shape :D
