also, and i can't remember if i wrote this to you or not--wouldn't writing on mail, at least, any sort of writing that doesnt have to do with "forwarding" or what have you, be considered vandalism, or at the very least tampering with the mail, which is a federal offense? or, since he's a postal worker, is he exempt from that? it might be worth researching. i am going to the library tomorrow anyway, so i will see if i can find such an answer!
