Not to be a gift-piggy or anything, but my kid could really use an iPad. Hanukkah Harry and Santa both pooled their resources and came up woefully short. (And no, she isn't spoiled, she just needs one and I don't want to get into why over the Internets. Just trust me on this one.)

Failing that, I'd gladly settle for a new pair of Smartwool socks.

There ought to be some sort of program that provides iPads for our kiddos. :( If I had loads of money I would send you one.

Aw, that's sweet. There is a program that does provide them but your family has to be at a much lower income level than ours. I applied for a Slate donation which, you know, isn't as good as Apple, but it's better than no touch screen tech at all.
