They're the last ones standing-well, Alex and Meredith are, because Cristina's freak-out is lasting much longer than Meredith expected it would, hoped it would; she's got a bottle of good tequila stashed away for when they really need it, and right now they really need it, passing the bottle back and forth between them and drinking straight from it, no lime or salt-and then soon enough they're stumbling into the bedroom and no one's standing anymore.
