Oooh... I like this, from the way that John and Elizabeth are just *there* in her vocabulary without thinking of them as Sheppard and Weir, to the point of fact view that she may be in Atlantis, but its not really home and that it is for John.

And the best bit? They do what they have to. Because that's who they are.

In my 'movie offscreen' the SGA team and the SG-1 team have at least some affinity with each other, if not some kind of friendships :) They face too much that's similar to not, JIMO. I loved the tiny little scene in Pegasus Project with Cam and Shep (and just read the most hilarious Cam and Shep friendship fic on the planet :D), and I always liked the parallels with Elizabeth and Daniel.

And *blushes* crossover is right up there for me with AU and apocalyptic as subgenres go.

I feel bad for Sam already... I think, no matter what they do to elizabeth, I'll never be able to dislike Sam *blushes* Fandom wise, I'm absolutely torn over all this... just gonna have to wait for the eps, I suppose, and see what they do well :D
