I keep feeling like I need more make-up, too, but I just can't make myself buy any. I really want to know better how to do eye make-up. That would inspire me to buy some.

The only way to learn how to apply eye make-up is to PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!! So go out and indulge yourself ... because you're worth it
