Luxury Shopping in New York
I've got two down-and-out artsy types living in New York. After an unexpected windfall, they decide to have spend a day window shopping the high life. My question is, where would they go? What kind of stores/departments would they be looking in? And, as extremely poor (we're talking sporadically emplyed, if at all) where would they usually live? The more specifics you can give me the better because I'm from the UK and, while I can search for a street name or pull up a handful of images, my knowledge of New York City is practically non-existant.
