NASA has a page for us space nerds and sci-fi writers! It's says: "The following items are found in science fiction literature as technologies useful in authoring a plausible setting for a sci-fi story"

I added the #resources tag; ~science: astronomy, since a lot of questions on interstellar travel are already there; and ~worldbuilding, since a resource like this would be useful at that stage (designing your spaceships).

On a completely unrelated note:

Awesome resource! I'm vaguely planning a sci-fi-ish novel, involving a fair amount of space travel. This will be tremendously useful. :)

The sci-fi nerds, all grown up and working at NASA and now giving back to the genre that inspires us all. ♥

Yes! It's the weirdest and most unsettling thing to see. It's like they're just out there doing some mass search for certain words or something, i don't even *know*. Too weird.
