"Mais qu'est-ce que tu fais ici?!" works, maybe I'd use "Mais qu'est-ce que tu fais là?!", but both works.

For "Who the fuck is he?!" Je dirais "Qui c'est ce type ?" whch translates by "Who's this guy?" but with a small grammar informality which can give the surprise.

I'm not sure about the first thing at all. Sex talk is hard. "Tu as aimé ?" means "Did you like it?", "C'était bien ?" is "Was it good ?" but I have no word choice with the right nuance, not right now.

Nice touch about the là - my French is terribly literal from English, hence the request for help to make it more natural :) Does ici sound natural, or is it only technically correct and used mostly by non-native speakers?

I like the flow of the second translation. Is the informality in the the grammar or the use of type? And since we're on the subject, would mec work here, or is that quite a different context? Thanks again!

A) This is a bit difficult. The accurate translation would be "est-ce que je t'ai fait plaisir?" ("did I make you feel good?") or "est-ce que tu as pris du plaisir?" ("did you feel good?"), but both sound a little unnatural to me. I can't imagine a French person saying that. However, since French is this character's 2nd language, it might work for him to use one of these sentences ( ... )

C) I wonder if OP could use "Ben" au lieu de "Mais" in that sentence? Like "Ben, qu'est-ce que vous faites là?" It feels more like a verbal tick like OP is searching for, but I'm also not fluent in French, so you'd have to confirm for me.

I haven't heard "ben" in a while. Mostly, people use "bah" nowadays. But yeah, that would work.

Right, that's how it's slurred/how the word has migrated, but if OP is writing a character for whom French is a second language, would they know that? Innyhoo. That was my $0.02, thanks for confirming for me!

For question A, you could make the setence impersonal: "Est-ce que ça t'a plu ?" (ça refering to "what we just did?")

Interesting, that's exactly as short and simple as I'd aimed for! Thank you :)
