Give me a few hours and I'll locate "Gold from Thrace" which is on my bookshelves somewhere and has masses of info on life in Thrace.

Some people don't like the Osprey books, but I've found the ancient world ones to be fairly solid (though I haven't looked at this particular one). If nothing else, they usually have a bibliography.
