Epilepsy in children: book recs please?

One of the main characters in my sci-fi novel is a nine year old girl with a diagnosis of temporal lobe epilepsy. I'm gearing into heavy research mode, and I'm looking for reading material--books, especially, but also articles that might be available online. You might want to look for Child of the Morning by Barbara Corcoran. IIRC, the girl in question had fainting spells but not generalised tonic-clonic seizures. I'm not postive whether hers was temporal lobe, though. It's been about 20 years since I read it last.

You could try visiting a local university library and hitting up JSTOR. Printing would get expensive, but you could take notes.
