Er, exactly what do you mean by "slip classified intel"?

If she's a CIA senior operative, she knows better than to tell an uncleared person (or a cleared person who doesn't have the need to know) anything classiied. If she does it deliberately, it's treason--it's not something you do just because you're "friendly" with someone, particularly a foreign national.

If these materials are classified by the US, they're not going to share them with a French judge. It's a major problem in a US trial when classified material is involved--I can't imagine what it would take for a foreign trial. And if it wasn't a trial? Would not happen.

True, but what if this is a terrorist that the CIA want badly, so much so that they'd cast off a bit of intelligence, information on someone the French police have been hunting for, another terrorist?
