This has been the best masterclass I've ever been to.

Everyone was so nice and lovely and funny. I'm gonna miss them all so bad ugghhhhh-- But 3 of them are potential classmates for when I go to RNCM, so we'll deffo meet again.

Jesus penultimate evening. Tomorrow's the final concert - we party hard after that - and on Monday we all toddle off back home...!

Sooo today I felt a lot more rested than yesterday. xD I didn't gave class, so I practised as much as I could. We also rehearsed a piecw for 5 cellos - a transcription of Faure's Pavane. Beautiful piece. <3

So today, I talked to Karine about my year abroad.

But first things first: I had the hardest time falling asleep last night, ugh. Various things happened:

1) MP3-player's batteries kicked the bucket
2) It was super hot
3) People downstairs were drunk
4) I left the light on till stupid o'clock for my roomie who didn't turn up till past 2AM.

Fun times. <3 Everyone is just super lovely. We went on an excursion to Houghton Hall where we saw lovely gardens and an amaaaaaazing estate that was built solely to contain certain pieces of art. It was really fascinating, you should look up its history!

Ok, today was MUCH better.

Had a 1-on-1 lesson, and she pointed out several minor things in my posture that don't seem like much but matter SO MUCH. It gave me a lot to think about, and stuff to try out. hello folks, I am currently in Norfolk for a masterclass, and surpringly wifi is good enough here.

Long time no water colours. Went with the flow on this one, and at first though I used too many different colours... but I guess it looks ok? I'll most probably use it for the programme which I'll hand out for my bachelor exam. Should earn my some psychological brownie points. The cello I drew was my old French one, by the way.
