Guilt and Prague ...

Jan 15, 2009 10:58

Guilt: I feel so guilty because I haven't been keeping up with your journals, your lives, your stories and now I've fallen dreadfully behind with the exchange. I've literally managed to get online once all week, for about twenty minutes. I've missed soooo many birthdays of people in the fandom who are very dear to me. Please, please, please forgive ( Read more... )

LOL. Yes, nearly everyone I know likes both Radiohead and Coldplay! And thank you, doll. :) I can't wait for Prague! *glomps*

Can't abide either Radiohead or Coldplay, but I adore Led Zep!

I am deeply disppointed in your lax approach to LJ and the Exchange. Honestly - putting rl first! Where are your prioroties, woman?!

Prague sounds wonderful.

Good to see you, even if just for a bit! {{hugs}}

Led Zeppelin? Nails on chalkboard? Heresy! ;-)

I've never been to Prague, but if you haven't read bambu345 and talesofsnape's Hermione/Charlie collaboration, Leap of Faith, I suggest at least peeking through for some pictures and ideas of lovely places to go. (And it's a fairly quick read despite the high chapter count. The first chapters in particular are quite short.) It looks like an absolutely gorgeous place! Have a great time!

Oooh! A Prague fic! Yippee! Thank you for the rec, darl! :) *squishes* And yes, poor Led Zep. Once I told someone (a LZ fan) that I thought the riff in Kashmir was 'quite bearable'. He nearly choked.

I'm going to sound incredibly selfish, but I feel better not to be alone to be behind in birthdays, the exchange, etc.

Prague is beautiful. I don't know that I can offer any suggestions on where to go though, as it's been over a decade since I was there, and even then it was only for two days on a whirlwind sightseeing tour. The dinner cruise sounds lovely, and you're right, my favourite thing about Prague was that I could afford everything! :-)

Hope you have a wonderful time.

Thank you, hon. :) Yes, I was utterly amazed at the prices compared to 'Rip-off Ireland' as it's been named!

Prague according to my bro is a wonderful place full of lovely architecture. He worked there for a couple of weeks four years or so back.

I have to say my i-pod music sounds similar to Dr B's... Led Zeppelin = nails on blackboard, how very dare you! *giggle*
I have to admit Coldplay do need to lighten up and Radiohead have their moments... mind you I have Suede, Blur, Oasis, Linkin Park, The Killers... and Sean thinks it's all dire and depressing music especially my Brett Anderson albums.

Oh, I hope to have the smut!Snape written by the weekend.

Ooooh! Smut??? Yippee.

Dr. B bought me an i-pod two years ago, and I still only have 46 songs on it! VERY ecclectic. It's a mad mixture. I have to say there is no one single band or singer that I like, just certain songs.

*huggles*

You sound like his Nibbs. I bought him the 80 gig Classic last year for his birthday, he has at most 150 titles on it, mostly Classical with some bagpipes and a mix of, what I think is dreadful whalesong like stuff like Clannad and Enya.

Ahh, they do say opposites attract *sporfle*

I need to wrap the smut up and then its over to you and Scoffy to point out my many errors. :D
