Godric has more power than Eric does-he's older, stronger, faster-and Eric's okay with that, because he has so much to learn from Godric, and has all the time in the world to do it. But Godric was changed early (twenty, though he looks sixteen, and that was something it took Eric some getting used to), and he's small. Would be unassuming, too, if Eric didn't know how much his maker's capable of. Eric towers over him, Godric uncowed by Eric's presence, but respectful of it.
It takes a hundred years before Godric convinces Eric to fuck him (and only because he never commanded Eric to, as Eric's maker-playing dirty, Godric had said). Godric seems even smaller when he's on his hands and knees in front of Eric, and Eric can't stop staring at his own hands on Godric's hips, squeezing them impossibly tightly. When Godric comes, he arches up against Eric, Eric's weight bearing down on him and he takes it, shaking as Eric strokes him through it.
After, Godric passes out, exhausted, and Eric cleans them both up before hefting Godric like he's a child and carrying him to the small underground bunk they'd dug before getting settled in.
