PLOT!
Mary Sue is a perversion of what is, a contamination in a universe that shouldn't be there. That, by all rights, isn't there.
...hence, her insinuating herself into a dozen different worlds in all manner of forms just isn't good for the universes. Plot holes have been ripped open and character motivations have been mangled. The Universes are being manipulated and mucked up and it's Not Good. So?
Mary Sue Must Die.
Attempting to fight her directly won't work; Mary Sues are always more powerful than canon characters. That said, she's not especially bright. She will crow about how many honors and how educated and how smart she is, but she's not all that swift on the uptake and tends towards believing canon characters she likes at their word. They are her friends after all. Trickery is going to be the best option here.
The characters en masse have TWO WEEKS to figure out how to kill her. If by the end of the month, no solution to the Mary Sue problem is found, then one of two safety plugs will be pulled and Mary Sue will die.
ONCE SHE IS DEAD, and there will be a post to that effect, any changes she made to your character will be go away/be reversed. All the nonsense she told people is no longer true to them... but also any good she might have done with her ridiculously twinked abilities is gone as well.
