Chapter 176: Be a Gentleman
Sebastian: Ronan, may I have a word?
Ronan: Is something wrong?
Sebastian: No...no…I am here on behalf of Miss Roxanne.
Ronan: Oh dear…is Miss Roxanne having reservations about my plans for her wedding? *worried*
Sebastian: No…she did not say anything about that. I’m sure she is very pleased with your work on her wedding…she is concerned about you…and Miss Kiki.
Ronan: Oh…that…
*Ronan fidgets and looks away*
Sebastian: So you are having a problem with Miss Kiki? Miss Roxanne was concerned that they two of you weren’t speaking to each other.
Ronan: I suppose I have to admit I have been avoiding her lately.
Sebastian: Why? Does this have anything to do with what I said to you the other day? I did not mean for you to become anxious and take it out on Miss Kiki.
Ronan: But I think she does…fancy me.
Sebastian: Is that such a bad thing?
Ronan: No…it just makes me…uncomfortable.
Sebastian: Hmmm…
Ronan: You do not approve?
Sebastian: I do not understand. She fancies you, yet she has not done anything wrong. Still, you shun her.
Ronan: But…
Sebastian: Be a gentleman and consider her feelings. I am not asking you to love her, only to treat her the way she ought to be treated…as a lady.
Ronan: But what if I decide I don’t…that I can’t…return her feelings?
Sebastian: Then she will have to accept that, but you should still not avoid her.
*Ronan sighs and nods*
Sebastian: Is there something you aren’t telling me about her that is not attractive?
Ronan: No…
Sebastian: She is very pretty.
Ronan: Yes.
Sebastian: Intelligent?
Ronan: Yes.
Sebastian: Resourceful?
Ronan: Yes.
Sebastian: Kind? Compassionate? A good friend?
Ronan: Yes, she is all of those things.
Sebastian: Can you give me one good reason why you should not at least give her a chance?
Ronan: Well…no, I suppose not.
Sebastian: Then I fail to see what the problem is.
Sebastian: I know what is it like to love someone and to think they will never return your feelings. It can be very painful…
Ronan: I…did not think of it that way…but you are correct.
Sebastian: Perhaps you should try to associate with her outside of your professional relationship? Get to know her a little and see how you feel then?
Ronan: That is a good idea; I will give it some thought.
Sebastian: That is all I ask.

Two Things...
1. There is actually something Ronan has against Kiki...but he is ashamed to admit it and knows what Sebastian's reaction will be, so for now he is keeping it to himself. It's nothing that's Kiki's fault, it has more to do with Ronan's preference in women...
2. In the last photo, Sebastian is remembering when he first fell in love with Paige and thought she would never love him back...then he gets depressed because he is thinking of Paige and their current situation...poor guy...but he's about to do something about that, so stay tuned! ;)
I also finished another crocheted sweater for Pullip last night. Take a look:
It's a short sleeved sweater in white and pale pink. There is ribbing on the bottom hem and sleeves, plus there is a collar and two buttons. It opens in the back and closes with two snaps. I'm not sure about it yet... :P Making doll clothing by crochet is fun, but I think I'm going to go back to amigurumi for a while...heh! :P
